Website vs. Inspection Services

These Terms govern your use of our website only. They are not your inspection contract. Any home inspection we perform is governed by a separate written Inspection Agreement that you review and sign before the inspection. If anything in these Terms appears to conflict with your signed Inspection Agreement, the Inspection Agreement controls for matters relating to the inspection itself.

Informational Purpose Only

The content on this Site, including service descriptions, articles, and FAQs, is provided for general informational purposes. It is not a substitute for a professional home inspection and should not be relied on as professional, legal, or real estate advice. Every property is different, and only a completed inspection under a signed agreement reflects the condition of a specific home.

Acceptable Use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation.

They are not warranties or guarantees against future problems or defects not reasonably visible at the time of inspection.

No Warranty
